Please read the following terms of service carefully. By commissioning me you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all terms herein by reference. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to read the terms and conditions before proceeding to commission me. If you do not expressly agree to all the terms and conditions then please do not commission me. These TOS apply to fursuit/costume related commissions.

✪ Basic understandings for you before you commission me ✪- Understand I DO NOT work with deadlines under any circumstances- Be aware that this is not my full time occupation and tend to go a few days with no WIPs. I have more than one commission at a time, I will let you know when I have started on your project.- The only form of payment that I accept for FURSUIT COMMISSIONS is via PayPal or Venmo- If you are paying via payment plan understand that if at any point you can not continue paying you will not be refunded money you have already sent to me. each payment will be non refundable after it is received. I am not a bank and will not hold onto your money for you to withdraw at any given time- I do not do full refunds as part of the cost will go into material cost and only offer refunds if I believe there is a valid reason to do so, meaning I will not refund you because you decided you no longer want a suit at all, for minor mistakes that are fixable (bald spots, popped seams, etc)- when you are done reading the TOS please take the time to fill out the quote sheet linked above for a solid price guide specific to your character and needs (if applicable)

✪ Other important information ✪Despite my product having a professional nature we are all human! Perhaps I made a mistake on a part quality wise, maybe something didn't quite fit? Don't worry I'm here to help make sure I can either fix the problem for you or give you a refund % as compensation! However if you approved of something while I sent you work in progress pictures but later after getting the product realized you don't like it I will not give you a % refund or offer to fix it because you approved of it during the building process. The same goes for if you give me incorrect measurements for something, this is not my flaw as a maker. This only applies to commission work, not pre-mades etc. My goal as a suit maker is to bring your characters to life and make you happy! I want to make sure you get the dream suit you deserve!All customers are encouraged to purchase insurance on top of shipping fees through USPS. This is coverage protection on mailing damage, stolen boxes, lost in mail, ect. You must buy insurance equal to the value of your commission. If you don't buy insurance when I mail out the suit I am not held responsible for any damage to the suit or loss of your suit during mailing.

https://www.usps.com/ship/insurance-extra-services.htmI don't mind working with additional materials such as LED's and other premade/printed bases and if you would like something built on a base (Dream Vision Creations, for example) please specify this on the google forum linked on the previous page, there will be a space for you to list all the details you'd like, not limited to head bases but as well as claws, certain fabrics etc. The more that is added on the more the cost of the final product will be. code word is: Gojira)Fursuit refurbishments is something I offer but range in price depending on how complex the referb is. these can range in price from as low as $100 to $1000. please be sure to tell me everything that needs to be fixed and all the materials you need BEFORE sending your suit to me. anything discussed after that point will not be done unless I am being paid extra for it.I have made armor and other masks unrelated to fursuits and have experience in cosplay as along side working with materials such as worbla and EVA foam. If you'd like something non-furry related (there are items like this in my gallery, for example the yellow mask) you are more than welcome to discuss this with me.

✪ Basic understandings ✪
- All prices are in USD
- PayPal, Cashapp and Venmo are accepted forms of payment
- Payment must be sent IN FULL before I start. I do not offer payment plans at this time.
- Character MUST have a reference photo of some form, I will NOT work with descriptions UNLESS you are looking specifically for a reference of a character that otherwise has no existing art
- I do not offer refunds unless I have not started the art at all. you are paying me for my time and I cannot get that back
- Once finished, I can ONLY make minor changes to the piece (colors, markings, logos, etc)
- the more details and extremes you ask for the more heavily the price will be affected

- adding another character to the piece is 40% of the original price, this includes add ons such as shading
- I can use a screenshot/photo as the background for a drawing at no extra cost. Just let me know beforehand so we can work out any related details.
- you are free to repost and use my art however you'd like as long as proper credit is given

I am comfortable with almost anything including things like detailed mech, heavy gore, guns/weapons, artistic nudity etc. I refuse to draw any NSFW or fetish art. If I am uncomfortable with drawing something and you keep pushing the issue you will be blacklisted and will not receive any further communication with me.
